Matthew Duffy, Donegal Junior Bake-off Champion 2016

Congratulations to 5th year pupil, Matthew Duffy who won the 'Great Donegal Junior Bake Competition' on Friday, 20th May. The competition took place in the Highlands Hotel in Glenties in association with Paul Kelly, celebrity chef from the Great Irish Bake-off. As part of his prize, Matthew will spend a day with Paul Kelly in the 5-star Merrion Hotel in Dublin where he will get to see first-hand the workings of a professional pastry chef. Sweet!

On Friday, 20th May 2016, Matthew Duffy will represent the school in the Great Donegal Junior Bake-off in association with Paul Kelly of the Great Irish Bake-off. The event takes place in the Highlands Hotel, Glenties. We would like to take this opportunity to wish Matthew every success in the competition.
