On Friday, 2nd December, CCS hosted its Annual Day of Action fundraiser. The Day of Action saw both school and community contributing towards the Donegal Alzheimer Society, Derry & Donegal Hospices, and the Guatemala Project. The aim of the day as always was to raise money for charity while encouraging pupils to make a few lifestyle sacrifices. In the afternoon, Tony Lafferty lit the Christmas Tree which stands proudly in front of the Áras. The bulbs were sponsored by the staff. Overall, the day was a great success and a reminder that there is a huge amount of goodwill in the locality. Many thanks to everyone who contributed to and took part in the CCS Day of Action.
