Luke White HurlingDonegal and Mayo have served up a couple of cracking matches over the years, but the senior footballers will only be watching on Sunday 22nd November as the counties turn to the small ball to continue the grudge. The Nicky Rackard Cup Final takes place at 1.30pm in Croke Park and a couple of our own will be involved.

Mr. Luke White, who hails from Wexford (but prefers Donegal), plays in goal and has been genuinely instrumental in helping the county reach the final. Mr. White reckons he'll be busy on Sunday given that Mayo are firm favourites, but he's hoping to summon the spirit of Rackard, another Wexford legend, in pursuit of victory. Also in the team is CCS past-pupil and Carn stalwart, Padraig Doherty. If you're going to get past Mr. White, you'll have to get past Mr. Doherty first...

Everyone at CCS would like to wish them both a successful (and safe) Sunday in Croker. Bring it home, lads...Dún na nGall Abú!!
