5LCA Catering & Tourism class Visit Wild Ireland and Ballyliffin Lodge

Ms. Sweeney's 5th Year LCA Hotel Catering & Tourism class visited Wild Ireland and Ballyliffin Lodge Hotel on Wednesday, 16th March. Students enjoyed a guided tour of Wild Ireland and then received a tour of the Ballyliffin Lodge Hotel. They saw the kitchen, dining room, bar, function room, and the leisure center, as well as learning how to balance three plates, work the till and take a food order. It was a great day out for all involved!
