Carndonagh Community School’s 50/50 Draw for 2022/2023 has just been launched and we are asking all members of the school community to support it. This will be open to parents, staff and the general public. Carndonagh Community School offers a wide range of Extra-Curricular activities. Many of these activities require a bus to transport students. Due to our geographical position the school incurs a large financial cost providing these buses.
In previous years CCS ran a school draw to help fund this cost. This year we are going to run a weekly 50/50 draw. 50% of the money raised will be paid out to a lucky winner and 50% will go to the extra-curricular fund.
An envelope will be sent home with students at the start of the week. It will cost €2 for one entry and €5 for three. Students will then return the envelope to their teacher on Thursday morning. The envelopes have been very kindly sponsored by SuperValu Carndonagh.
The draw will take place at 11am every Friday during the school year and the winner will be informed. There will be a weekly winner. The more people that support our 50/50 draw the higher the weekly prize and the more we raise for our extra-curricular fund. The first draw will take place on Friday, 9th September 2022.
